Previously, as a Consultant Hospital Manager at a government hospital, our founder directed initiatives to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness, successfully implementing ISO standards and quality assurance protocols. As an Operations Specialist in a leading healthcare consultancy at a major premium medical institution, they managed IT projects and trained healthcare staff on new technologies, further streamlining patient care workflows.
